Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours with full clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with APPs for night-time overlaps to streamline throughput.
• Manage a community ED with ~28,000 visits annually.
• Support transition planning for AI scribes to reduce charting burden.
