Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist in Lima, OH to work full-time nights with full clinical autonomy. You will lead patient care during night hours, supported by experienced APPs to ensure smooth throughput in a stable ED environment.

Qualificações

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine; Family Practice not accepted for this role.
• Active Ohio medical license (or eligible) and valid DEA registration.
• Team-oriented, collaborative professional in a stable, supportive staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours, directing patient care with full clinical autonomy.
• Benefit from dedicated night-time APP overlap to streamline patient throughput.
• Support a high-volume ED with approximately 28,000 visits annually.
• Utilize the Meditech EMR with planned transition to AI scribes to reduce administrative burden.
