Your Talent Team is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist in Lima, OH to lead patient care during night hours in a community ED. Eligible physicians are MDs or DOs with EM residency, BC/BE in EM, and Ohio license/DEA registration.

• MD or DO with accredited EM residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility and DEA registration

Responsabilidades

• Serve as solo attending EM physician on-site during night hours with full clinical autonomy
• Benefit from overlap support by APPs to streamline patient throughput
• Manage approximately 28,000 patient visits annually in a community ED
• Utilize Meditech EMR; anticipate future AI scribes to reduce charting burden
