Top Echelon Software LLC is partnering with a premier community hospital in Lima, OH to fill a full-time Emergency Medicine Nocturnist position. This night-shift role provides complete clinical autonomy, stable workflow, and a predictable annual hour requirement designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of Emergency Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC/BE).
• Active Ohio state medical license or immediate eligibility and valid DEA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours with full clinical autonomy.
• Coordinate with APPs to ensure patient throughput and coverage.
• See approximately 28,000 patient visits annually and manage acute presentations.
