Essenti Talent is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist in Lima, OH for full-time night coverage. You will be the sole attending physician at night, with clinical autonomy and support from APPs to optimize patient throughput.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• DEA registration required.
• Team-oriented, collaborative professional in a stable staff environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours with full clinical autonomy.
• Benefit from dedicated night-time overlap coverage by experienced APPs to streamline throughput.
• Manage a high-volume ED with ~28,000 visits annually in a community hospital setting.
• Support future AI scribes to reduce administrative charting burden.
