Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Nocturnist in Lima, Ohio for a full-time night role. You will serve as the solo attending physician on-site during night hours, directing patient care with full clinical autonomy in a community hospital ED.

The position offers a strong compensation package and robust support from experienced APPs. The department handles approximately 28,000 visits annually, with a plan to adopt AI scribes and maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine Residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Ohio medical license (or eligible) and valid DEA registration.
• Team-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a stable, family-like medical staff environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours with full clinical autonomy.
