Valmont Industries in Brenham, TX is seeking Electromechanical Technicians for the night shift to diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical and electromechanical systems up to 480V in a heavy manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting with motors, controls, relays, transformers, sensors and related equipment.
We offer built-in pay progression and a $1.00/hour shift differential for off-shift work, plus opportunities for advancement through Technician I-III levels
Qualifications
- 1+ year of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and equipment prints.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical systems up to 480V.
- Proficiency with meters and testing equipment.
- Willingness to work night shift and overtime.
Responsabilités
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and electromechanical systems.
- Diagnose faults using meters and testing equipment.
- Maintain motors, relays, contactors, transformers, sensors and related components.
- Read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
- Document repairs and communicate concerns.
