Endeavor Health seeks an RN for the Emergency Department, per diem, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Work 7pm–7:30am with weekend coverage, 32–72 hours per 6-week schedule. Requires an Associate's degree or BSN, IL license, and AHA CPR.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and health data collection.
• Coordinates patient plan of care for safe, timely interventions.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Delivers individualized teaching to patients and families.
• Participates in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing standards and regulations.
