Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s in Counseling or a related mental health field is preferred.
• Experience in residential settings or domestic violence shelters is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 24-hour crisis line calls and provide emotional support, safety planning, and referrals.
• Manage shelter supplies, inventory, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Support staff training and third shift operations to ensure safe, trauma-informed care.
• Monitor resident safety and security and coordinate with staff for program needs.
