Job summary

Spotter Labs Inc in Lemont, IL is seeking an Afterhours Driver Support Specialist to assist our drivers during late hours and weekend shifts, ensuring a smooth journey from load to delivery.

You will be the night shift's first contact, listen to concerns, coordinate with dispatchers via Slack, and guide drivers through load, receiver, or shipper issues. You will use our TMS to locate loads and contact brokers for directions, helping drivers reach destinations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or transportation sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable using computer software tools and logistics software solutions.
• Ability to think on your feet and address partner concerns effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for drivers during night shifts, addressing issues empathetically and efficiently.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers within Slack to ensure timely information flow.
• Guide drivers through load, receiver, or shipper issues while maintaining schedule adherence.
• Use the TMS to locate load numbers and contact brokers for directions, helping drivers reach destinations smoothly.
