Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience in baking or manufacturing.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience operating forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to pass Food Safety HACCP training.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan flow of materials through department according to work orders.
• Inspect, measure, and sample product to verify specifications.
• Direct workers in adjusting machines to repair products that fail to meet standards.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Assist workers in solving work problems.
• Maintain time and production records and safety/quality records.
• Coordinates repair work with maintenance.
