Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a part-time Door Attendant for night shifts (Mon, Fri, Sat, 12am–8am) at Bethesda Terrace. The role involves opening doors, assisting residents with packages, and greeting guests.

You will verify guest information, sign-ins, and respond to inquiries while monitoring calls and safety systems. Qualifying candidates should have a high school diploma, AED/CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain within six months, and basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• AED, CPR, and First Aid certifications required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment.
• Six months job related experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Opens the door for residents entering or exiting the building.
• Assists residents with packages and greets residents and guests.
• Gathers information about guests and ensures sign-in.
• Answers residents' questions and seeks out answers.
• Promotes a positive attitude with everyone.
• Answer incoming calls and take names/phones for callbacks.
• Monitor emergency call system, fire alarm panel, and rounds checks.
• Document emergencies and unusual occurrences.
• Update or place documents on doors as requested by management.
• Participate in the emergency response team and security monitoring.
