Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at Bethesda Terrace. You will supervise a team, train new staff on procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with leadership, managing supplies within budget, and performing routine cleaning and inspections. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Institutional housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze problems and make sound judgments.
• Coordinate and collaborate with leadership to schedule services and resolve issues.
• Proficient email communication and MS Office applications.
• Lift and transport up to 65 lbs.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; work in varying conditions.
• Ability to work from a ladder and in all weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and use of cleaning equipment.
• Troubleshooting, personnel management, conflict resolution and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination and supervision of housekeeping operations.
