Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and support branches and field partners. You will work across multiple channels to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role focuses on timely order processing, accurate account maintenance, and escalation when needed, with a four-day work week from 7pm to 7am.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Must be able to work a four-day work week from 7pm to 7am.

Responsabilidades

• Take 50 to 150 calls per shift.
• Interact professionally with police, EMT or other emergency personnel.
• Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
