Responsibilities

• Manage evening and overnight dispatch traffic in Central Dispatch.
• Collaborate with field personnel and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Enter load information into TMW and dispatch trips via Peoplenet.
• Monitor driver schedules in real time and select efficient routes.
• Assist drivers with Peoplenet electronic logs.
• Communicate load ETAs and updates to teams and customers.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
