Job summary

TALKE USA, INC. is seeking a logistics dispatcher to liaise with Planners, Inventory, and Drayage, and to dispatch trucks and containers to load.

The role includes creating paperwork, checking drivers in and out of site, and reporting operational performance to clients and management. The candidate should have at least 1 year in a similar role, with knowledge of logistics operations and ideally exposure to the petrochemical sector.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in comparable role.
• Ideally knowledge of petrochemical industry and processes.
• Experience in logistic operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Transport Planners, Drayage.
• Register and document all loading operations related data.
• Monitor bookings in Lynx.
• Put together paperwork after loading.
• Monitor and report operational performance Loading Operations.
• Report activities to client and higher management.
• Log trucks in from inbound or outbound window.
• Assign containers to loading bays.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
