Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planners, Inventory, and Drayage teams.
• Create paperwork for drivers and resolve trouble tickets.
• Dispatch trucks and containers for loading.
• Monitor loading operations and document data.
• Report activities to clients and management.
• Ensure drivers are checked in/out and PPE is properly worn.
