Job summary

Life Works is seeking a Direct Support Professional for full-time night shifts in Longview, WA. DSPs help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities participate in daily activities at home and in the community, ensuring safety and respect.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, supporting independence, and providing necessary physical assistance. Flexible scheduling including overnights and weekends is required; 18+ and CPR training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
