Life Works in Longview, WA, is seeking a Direct Support Professional for full-time night duty. The DSP helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities participate in daily activities at home and in the community.

The role requires a HS diploma, ability to lift 50 pounds, flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to obtain required clearances. The organization offers competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and transfer clients.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain criminal clearances and TB test if applicable.
• Must work a flexible schedule including weekends and overnight shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals to participate in home and community activities.
• Support safety and daily living routines in residential and community settings.
• Provide transportation assistance as needed.
• Work night shifts between 9pm and 8am as required.
