Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in residential settings preferred.
• Ongoing paid in-service training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight Direct Care & Resident Support per ISP/TBP.
• Monitor safety and administer medications per procedures.
• Maintain a calm, safe sleeping environment and address emergencies.
• Support activities of daily living and meal assistance.
• Document progress and communicate with team and families.
