Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year verifiable work experience in last three years.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of developmental/disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities and community inclusion.
• May transport clients to appointments or serve as job advocate as needed.
• Duties discussed with employer and oriented to expectations.
