Job summary

Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, is seeking a compassionate 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional to provide overnight support in a residential setting for adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome. You will help maintain a safe, restful environment while staying available for emergencies or resident needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is encouraged.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing paid in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight direct care and supervise residents.
• Follow ISP/TBP plans and support daily living activities.
• Administer medications following procedures and maintain records.
• Maintain a safe, quiet sleeping environment and respond to emergencies.
