Job summary

Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional to provide overnight care for adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while addressing emergencies. This evening/night role offers a meaningful opportunity to make an impact within a mission-driven team.

You will work with a dedicated team, implement ISPs and TBPs, assist with daily living activities, document progress, and help residents

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or similar settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies or stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight direct care and supervision in residents' home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support residents in following ISPs and TBPs and teach life skills.
• Document progress and medical concerns clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and quality of care.
