Job summary

Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, seeks a compassionate Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift to provide overnight care for adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe, restful environment, responding to emergencies, and supporting residents per ISPs and TBPs.

You will work with a collaborative team in a residential setting, promoting independence and life skills while documenting progress and maintaining clear communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to participate in paid, in-service trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight Direct Care and resident support per ISPs.
• Monitor safety, respond to emergencies, and assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain a quiet, sleep-friendly environment.
• Document daily progress and concerns promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and DSPs to support residents’ success.
