Job summary

Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc LLC is seeking a 3rd shift Direct Support Professional to provide overnight care for residents with Prader-Willi Syndrome in a supportive, team-based setting.

You will assist with daily living, monitor safety, administer medications per procedures, document progress, and collaborate with managers and other DSPs. The role offers benefits including 401(k), ESOP, tuition reimbursement, and PTO, with shifts 8pm-9am weekdays and 8pm-8am weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight Direct Support to residents, ensuring safety and a restful environment.
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, personal care, and meals.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being; document progress and concerns.
• Administer medications per procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with program managers, coordinators, and DSPs; participate in team meetings.
