Performance Food Group in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled fleet technician to perform preventative maintenance on medium to heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, and reefer units. You will document work orders, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and may run road calls as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair including PMs, tire & wheel, air & air disc brakes, diagnosis, computerized diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, electronic component repair and experience in A/C refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units) and identify root causes of basic failures/conditions.
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers.
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders in the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Perform road call services as needed.
