Job summary

Abode is seeking a Desk Clerk for our permanent supportive housing program in Palo Alto, California. This graveyard shift role runs 11:00pm–7:00am and involves managing the desk, coordinating with security staff, and ensuring policy compliance to support residents and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of supportive housing or housing first models preferred; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor desk area and oversee security personnel to maintain property safety.
• Screen and document visitors and maintain property logs.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Leasing Specialist; assist with work orders and after-hours requests.
• Attend required trainings and maintain a safe, presentable front desk area.
