Mercy Housing is seeking a part-time Desk Clerk in San Francisco to provide resident services, monitor building access, and communicate with authorities and the Property team. The role emphasizes security and customer service in a community-focused setting.

We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. Position is 24 hours per week with pay between $20 and $22 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General office experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate log of all visitors to the complex by recording the name of the visitor(s).
• Convey accurate information to the appropriate authorities, as necessary.
• Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
• Conduct patrols of the entire complex according to a schedule outlined by the Property Manager and other appropriate supervisory staff.
• Respond to emergency situations by calling the appropriate emergency service.
