Job summary

AUGUSTA SPORTSWEAR is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee outbound shipping and receiving in our Kannapolis distribution center. You will manage staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive efficiency to meet customer service goals.

This full-time night-shift role requires supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate forklifts and warehouse tech. You’ll work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising distribution/warehouse operations preferred.
• Must be able to operate basic warehouse tech and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in outbound shipping and receiving.
• Reviews orders, invoices, and shipping docs to set priorities and assignments.
• Oversees all outbound shipping activities for accuracy and service levels.
• Disciples employees and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operates scanners and reads barcodes to process orders efficiently.
• Develops standard procedures to expedite workflow safely and efficiently.
• Tracks orders and corrects discrepancies in the system.
