Job summary

Augusta Sportswear in Kannapolis, NC, is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to maintain inventory accuracy, allocate orders, and support picking and replenishment in the Distribution Center. Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM; some weekends may be needed.

Salary is $17.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package. You will operate a stand-up forklift, perform stock adjustments, and help resolve shipment discrepancies to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift operator license required.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift to pull replenishments and assist with put-away.
• Support distribution center activities: replenishment, receiving, shipping, and slotting.
