Job summary

adidas is seeking a Lead, DC Operations for Shipping (Mon-Thurs, 6:00pm-4:30am) to guide a team of up to 50 hourly associates in a fast-paced distribution center outside of Spartanburg, SC.

The role emphasizes problem solving, process improvement, coaching, safety, and strong collaboration with operations leaders to meet service levels and drive logistics excellence.

A hands-on supervisor background and knowledge of RF devices, WMS, and labor management are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Must speak, read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
• Use RF Guns and kiosks to log transactions in WMS and LM modules.
• Follow SOPs and coach associates to meet goals and service levels.
• Mentor and develop teammates for current roles and future opportunities.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe and orderly working environment.
• Identify and report safety concerns.
