Job summary

adidas in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates, coordinating labor allocation and day-to-day workflows. You will coach for success, model safety, and partner with operations leaders to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in distribution, ability to work overtime and weekends, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Strong English language reading, writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates with operations supervisor collaboration.
• Utilize RF guns and WMS to update transactions and log activities in LM module.
• Model and enforce SOPs; train and coach associates to meet goals.
• Mentor teammates for present and future opportunities; share best practices.
• Foster a positive team environment, solicit feedback, and focus on safety.
