Job summary

Adidas is hiring a Senior Associate for DC Operations in Indianapolis, IN. The role coordinates workflow, performs essential warehouse duties, and ensures accurate order processing within the distribution center.

The position requires proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and standard office software, plus ability to train new hires and work overtime as needed. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient reading, writing, and counting in English.
• Overtime and weekend availability required.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use WMS and RF scanners to process all barcoded products.
• Operate hand and power equipment for material handling.
• Operate machines such as bagging or inflation equipment.
• Identify and communicate exceptions to leadership.
• Follow all SOPs and document production tasks.
• Record production by task and complete necessary paperwork.
• Train and coach new hires; work in multiple areas/buildings.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and suggest improvements.
• Work safely in a noisy warehouse environment.
