Sonoco Products Company in Horsham, PA is seeking a Production Associate to join our 12-hour shift schedule (3/4/4/3) with nights and days. The role involves operating assembly-line machinery, inspecting product quality, feeding materials, and keeping lines clear of jams while supporting safety and SQF guidelines.

You will report to the Shift Supervisor, participate in safety meetings, and perform clean-up duties as needed.

Formación

• Ability to follow safety practices and SOPs.
• Basic math calculations required.
• Ability to operate a computer and use related software.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery on the assembly line and maintain steady flow of product.
• Inspect product quality and report defects to maintenance or supervisor.
• Feed raw materials into lines and keep lines clear of jams.
• Assist with changeovers and support the assembly line mechanic as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices throughout the shift.
