Job summary

dsm-firmenich Arcadia site is hiring an Associate Operator for production. The role involves hands-on operation of process equipment, adding ingredients, packaging, cleaning, and following SOPs to meet established specifications.

You will document activities and monitor process status, contributing to quality and safety on the line. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months in a production environment, and the ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a 2-2-3

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in a production environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule after training.
• Ability to safely operate mechanized equipment (lift trucks, hand trucks, pallets).
• Willingness to work varying shift patterns and overtime as production plans change.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and add ingredients, package, and clean according to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Follow instructions from Shift Team Lead and SOPs to meet product specs.
• Document all production activities (MPRs, logs, withdrawal sheets).
• Communicate process status and any delays or equipment issues to team.
• Monitor production readings and in-process tests to ensure quality.
