Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Data Center Operator to join a 6 PM–6 AM, 7 days on/7 days off rotation. The role supports Windows and Linux systems, performs incident triage, and generates routine status reports for lottery systems.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in a computer-related field, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with SQL databases. On-site role with standard corporate security expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ work or study in a computer-related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Windows Server and Linux-based systems using established procedures.
• Monitor systems in production and report problems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents.
• Use incident management ticketing systems to report and document issues.
• Perform notification and escalation for major issues and critical events.
• Complete shift check lists and status reports as required.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting.
• Process system tasks using established tools and procedures.
• Respond to inquiries from Lottery customers.
