Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking an Assistant Critical Operations Manager (ACOM) to support a local data center campus on the night shift. You will assist in maintaining electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, and base building systems, and help implement safety, availability, and knowledge programs.

Reporting to the Critical Operations Manager, you will help manage CAPEX/OPEX and vendor processes. You will lead a team, ensure maintenance procedures are followed, and contribute to site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years in a data center or mission critical ops role.
• Knowledge of data center and telecom industries.
• Experience with MS Office and database housing software.
• 1-2 years managing preventative maintenance programs.
• 1-2 years vendor and project management experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical data center systems.
• Familiar with NFPA codes and building safety compliance.
• Experience with site monitoring systems and data center trending.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture across STACK data centers.
• Operate, monitor, and respond to abnormal conditions.
• Develop scopes, proposals, and purchase requisitions.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets at site level.
• Mentor junior staff and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance execution.
• Review procedures and company standards for quality.
