POSITION SUMMARY:

The Night Crew Chief is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the freshness and quality of products. They oversee all functions in the grocery areas during overnight shifts, including ordering, inventory management, stocking, leveling, decision making, employee engagement, employee development, and fostering an inclusive team environment within the department, store, and company. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all laws, company policies, and procedures, including labor, safety regulations, asset protection, and food safety.
