Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Night Crew Chief is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product. They oversee all functions in the grocery areas during overnight shifts, including but not limited to; achieving sales and operational results through ordering, inventory management, stocking, leveling, decision making, employee engagement, employee development, and fostering an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store, and company. Additionally, they ensure compliance with all laws, company policies, and procedures, including labor and safety regulations, asset protection, and food safety.
