POSITION SUMMARY:

The Night Crew Chief is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the freshest quality products. This role involves overnight supervision of all functions in the grocery areas, including ordering, inventory management, stocking, leveling, decision making, employee engagement, employee development, and fostering an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store, and company. The Night Crew Chief also ensures compliance with all laws, company policies, and procedures, including labor, safety regulations, asset protection, and food safety.
