Job summary

Dweck Properties is seeking an Evening Concierge for our Arlington community. You will be the first person residents see and the first voice callers hear, handling tasks from guest greetings to package handling and event planning.

You will coordinate with maintenance, assist with resident requests, and support the office team as we build a strong, connected community. Great pay guidelines and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in hospitality, retail, or property management.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Training provided and orientation attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents, assist with directions and calls.
• Log packages and coordinate drop-off to residents.
• Assist residents with emergencies, reservations, and guest passes.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance within 24 hours.
• Plan resident social events to foster community.
• Support the office team with administrative tasks.
