MercyOne Medical Group in Dubuque, IA is hiring a Nurse Assistant for the 12-hour night shift. This full-time position (0.9 FTE, 36 hours/week) supports patients with daily living activities under RN supervision.

The NA will provide compassionate, individualized care aligned with MercyOne's mission, participate in a weekend and holiday rotation, and meet requirements such as Iowa registry or CNA certification, EMT, or military medical training. BLS must be completed within 30 days.

Qualifikationen

• Must be on the Iowa registry (or proof of completion of 75-hour CNA course)
• EMT Certification or military medical occupation specialty training accepted
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire and every 2 years thereafter
