MercyOne Dubuque is hiring a Nurse Assistant (NA) to join our care team. Under supervision of a registered nurse, NAs assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

This 36-hour per week, 12-hour day shift position requires at least 16 years old and adherence to training such as BLS and state registrations. MercyOne offers competitive pay and benefits within a Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must meet at least one of: Iowa registry active, CNA course proof, EMT Certification, or military medical specialty training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training required within 6 months and every 3 years.
• BLS certification required within 30 days and every 2 years.
