Job summary

Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY, seeks a Certified Patient Care Assistant for the Progressive Care Unit on the night shift. You will assist with ADLs, monitor patients, document care, and support the nursing team in a 30-bed unit.

Training in EKGs is provided and a CNA in-state certification is required. This is a full-time, 12-hour night position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in state of practice required for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to promote patient comfort.
• Collect vital signs and data; document in medical records accurately.
• Communicate changes in patient status to nursing staff promptly.
• Perform procedures as delegated, including EKGs, under supervision.
• Maintain patient records and support unit operations and coordination.
