Job summary

Banner Health in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a 30-bed Adult Acute Care unit. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts with weekend rotations, using CareAware Connect for communication.

The unit blends PCU/Telemetry and Medical-Surgical patients in inpatient, observation, or Outpatient in Bed status. Eligible nurses receive an 18% night differential and a flat $3/hour weekend shift differential, plus comprehensive health and financial benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with the care team.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities per physician orders.
• Document care and patient response accurately in records.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members.
