Kindred Hospital Tarrant County Southwest is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to support professional nursing staff in delivering patient care in an LTAC setting. You will help with activities of daily living, provide personal care, and offer emotional support under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, documenting findings, preparing rooms for admissions, and assisting with admissions/ transfers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum six months’ experience in acute or long-term care facility.

Aufgaben

• Assist in patient care and activities of daily living.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, and intake/output; document promptly.
