Job summary

Partners In Care (PIC) is seeking a compassionate CNA to work nights at Hospice House in Bend, OR. The role provides personal care per the care plan, privacy, and patient comfort, collaborating with a care manager to keep plans accurate. Shifts amount to 24 hours weekly, with a mix of evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements include a valid CNA license, background check, drug screen, TB test, and CPR. Oregon driver’s license and insurance are required, and hospice/home health experience is

Qualifications

• Valid CNA License.
• Background check, drug screen, and TB test required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• 1–2 years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting preferred; home health or hospice experience ideal.
• Current automobile insurance, Oregon driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Valid CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per the care plan, ensuring patient comfort and privacy.
• Assess patients before and after treatment and keep the care plan updated with the care manager or nurse.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and positioning; guide family members or caregivers.
• Prepare and serve meals, help with feeding, and perform housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and families.
