Job summary

Partners In Care, a nonprofit provider of home health, palliative care, and hospice in Central Oregon, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Hospice House in Bend. This relief/casual, hourly, non-exempt role supports the interdisciplinary team under a registered nurse, focusing on patient comfort, hygiene, and safety.

Shift options include day 6:30 AM–6:30 PM and night 6:30 PM–6:30 AM, with a minimum of 4 shifts per month including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA licensure and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
• Ability to pass background, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and comfort.
• Obtain and document vitals, report changes promptly.
• Provide meals assistance and daily living support.
• Adhere to HIPAA and care plans.
