Job summary

Partners In Care, based in Bend, Oregon, seeks a compassionate CNA for Hospice House to provide personal care per care plans, assist with mobility and meals, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and families. This role partners with nurses and care managers to keep plans accurate and delivered with dignity and respect.

The position offers 36 hours weekly, with 6:30 PM–6:30 AM shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license and CPR certification required.
• 1-2 years of medical care experience in institutional setting preferred (home health or hospice ideal).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must have driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background, TB test, and drug screen.

Shift Available: 3-12-hour shifts per week, weekends, and weekdays. Full-time (36 hrs/week). Hours: 6:30 PM-6:30 AM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid CNA License.
• Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• One to two years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of home health or hospice experience.
• Current automobile insurance is required. A valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
