Job summary

Partners In Care, based in Bend, Oregon, seeks a compassionate CNA for Hospice House to provide personal care per care plans, assist with mobility and meals, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and families. This role partners with nurses and care managers to keep plans accurate and delivered with dignity and respect.

The position offers 36 hours weekly, with 6:30 PM–6:30 AM shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license and CPR certification required.
• 1-2 years of medical care experience in institutional setting preferred (home health or hospice ideal).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must have driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background, TB test, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per the care plan and maintain patient privacy.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, meals, and feeding.
• Prepare meals and maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and families.
• Collaborate with care manager or nurse to keep care plans updated.
